We have considerable experience working on heritage and older homes throughout the Ottawa area. Manuel was granted an Architectural Conservation Award for his work at 62 Sweetland Drive in Sandy Hill. At the time, it was a residential home, today it is a beautiful bed and breakfast.

We can create period inspired additions, refresh kitchens or bathrooms, creating loft spaces from attics etc…. We have worked on designated heritage homes and are knowledgeable with municipal committees and regulations. We will do any research necessary to restore your home to its glorious beginnings.

Period Woodwork:

We can recreate custom millwork including; trim, moulding, casing, chair rail, wainscoting, box beams, posts, pillars etc…

We can build new in keeping with the style and match the period of the home including wainscoting, built in cabinetry, bookshelves, custom radiator covers etc…

Reclaimed Materials:

We can research and find doors, trim, accents, mantels, grills, plumbing fixtures, door knobs, claw foot tubs etc.. All to ensure a proper restoration.
