Sandyhill Porch
These two Sandyhill heritage row houses had a complete reconstruction of their heritage front porch, which was constructed to match and complement on its original porch. The columns where custom turned to match existing. Our company had to improvise on the designing and building of the newel posts, hand railings and stair cases for the existing design was not completely available and did not meet to current building codes. The design of these elements came from original detailing around existing mouldings and profiles from the homes. There was also renovations of the windows consisting of the installation of new Pella window and new trim work around the windows to match existing.
