This Central Ottawa home was given a second floor renovation that consists of major structural reconfiguration of the floor structures to accommodate the new location of a custom built stair case in a new location in the home and the elimination of the existing staircase. The custom staircase was built to match the existing first floor stair case witch consisted of custom turned newel post and balusters. We also reconfigured mechanical to ensure proper heating and ventilation throughout new living space and loft area. Also utilizing the newly constructed area to accommodate a new bathroom and laundry area.
