This Kanata home renovation consist of an addition that includes a living area with a unique gas burning fire place a spare bedroom an office area and a finished basement to accommodate a work shop area and a fitness room. In addition there was excavation of existing drive way to construct a new drive way with a carport. There were also reconfiguration of mechanical ductwork and upgrades of furnace and central air to accommodate new living space and to be more energy efficient. By adding on to this house it gave a complete different look and functionality that real suited the clients needs and living style.
