We have completed renovations on both of these beautiful heritage semi's. We have worked with both homeowners on various projects, renovations and repairs throughout the years.

The photos you will see are specific to the home on the right. This house had a renovation to its kitchen and laundry/powder room area. The removal of existing laundry/powder room area and closet area was needed to maximize useable space and to accommodate the new enlarged kitchen with an enclosed laundry area. This renovation consists of custom-built cabinetry and custom milled trim. By just adding the original baseboard and trim work around the new space created a space that tied into the new more modern kitchen to older more rustic house that it is.
