Belmont Avenue
This Old Ottawa South project is one of my favorites. The owners of this house wanted to recreate a basement area that would complement and keep within the heritage retrospect of their home into the basement. The basement renovation has custom-built fire mantle with matching cabinetry throughout the space, custom-built staircase and a desirable secondary washroom. All products and materials were geared toward low emissions to create a better living environment for themselves and there child. We have also over seen the foundation work, partial reconfiguration of the mechanical work with installation of a Hepa filtration unit and a complete rewire of the electrical through out this home.
